Foulness Island Bike Ride - Online Application

There are 3 classes of entry for this ride: Adult, Child or Family - the entry fee for each class is detailed below.
  • Adult £15.00 Entry Fee
  • Child £7.50 Entry Fee
  • Family (2 Adults and 2 Children under 16) £39.50 Entry Fee

There are 8 start times for the ride, from 9:30am to 1:00pm at half-hour intervals. To reserve your time slot, please choose from one of the boxes below and click the button. You will then be taken to a page where you can submit your details and pay online. If your chosen start time is not available, please select a later start time.

Don’t forget to select from the list the charity for which you will be riding and raising funds. If your favourite charity is not on the list, please contact rotary.ride@sky.com with the name, address and registered charity number for it to be added.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting an entry I accept that sporting events can be strenuous and dangerous.  I accept that the organisers cannot be held responsible for personal injury, accident, loss, damage or public liability. 

Your registration information will also be passed to the charity that you have nominated.

If my application is for multiple entries I confirm that all persons on whose behalf the entries are made have accepted these terms and conditions.

Refunds of online payments may be given occasionally at the discretion of the Trustees – Registered Charity 1036005

Data Protection Act

The event organisers will maintain records of rider’s personal data for the purpose of organising /administrating and promoting the events. Processing of the data may be undertaken by the organisers via its own officials and contracted agents. Your information will also be passed to the charity that you have nominated to ride on behalf of. By agreeing the ‘Terms and Conditions’ online you confirm to have read the purposes for which your personal data will be held and used by the organisers and you understand and agree to them. Entry to the event is only on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Please note: In this document reference to the ‘organisers’ refers to The Rotary Club of Thorpe Bay. Reference to the ‘event’ refers to the Foulness Island Bike Ride. Information may be retained by the Rotary Club of Thorpe Bay to inform you about or to promote future events. Some of the information disclosed to us and processed by the organisers will be sensitive personal data (as defined by ‘the Act’). By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions online you confirm to have read the purposes for which your personal data will be held and used by the organisers and you understand and agree to them giving the organisers your explicit consent to process your sensitive personal data, including photographic material, for the purposes outlined above.
